Refund policy

We will refund all non-shipped orders when notified. All orders refunded will include a 15% restocking charge.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@arrowgolf.com.au. 

If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return freight is the responsibility of the sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to repair and return any items or refund at our discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom built products cannot be returned or refunded if they have been built.

Choose your items carefully as we do not accept returns because you change your mind or find the item unsuitable for your game

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Our company has implemented a restocking fee of 15% on all cancelled orders. This policy applies to all products sold by our company and is designed to cover the costs associated with restocking and processing cancelled orders.

If a customer cancels an order after it has been processed but before it has been shipped, they will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order total. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped, they will be responsible for returning the product(s) to our warehouse at their own expense. Once the product(s) have been received and inspected, a restocking fee of 15% of the order total will be deducted from the refund amount.
